I had so much fun learning to make this recipe. It was actually one half of another recipe.
I was making butter chicken but my son got hooked on them; and as a picky eater, I was too excited to know I had found the key to unlocking his protein consumption. I used an air-fryer to further reduce oil consumption- thereby making it super healthy and yummy.
I love using Indian spices and they add a lot of flavor to these chicken breasts.

INGREDIENTS
- 800g- 1kg Boneless Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (regular yogurt will do)
- 1 1/2 cup minced or crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger (finely grated will do)
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for an hour or up to 24 hours. I love to marinate longer to ensure the protein absorbs the spices and flavors perfectly. My go to time, is about 1-3 days. the result is a juicy, spicy platter.

Air-fry at 280-300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Place on paper towels to absorb excess oils or grease. Serve with any meal of your choice.
