How I made my latest green juice

In 2020, I wrote an ebook called the ‘Healthy Drink Guide’. A manual that shows individuals how to adopt better and healthier hydration practices. From juices to smoothies, the guide has recipes and the modalities for preparing juices and smoothies; as well as how to incorporate water into a daily routine.

Green Juices are great for cellular repair and help the body eliminate toxins effectively, due to the presence of chlorophyll. The recipe I am sharing today, was recently created and made with spinach, celery, lettuce and ginger.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Spinach (substitute with dark leafy vegetables)
  2. Romaine Lettuce (any lettuce specie will do)
  3. A bunch of celery
  4. Ginger

Juice all the ingredients together and store in the fridge immediately.

Ginger helps to provide a refreshing and clear taste to this green juice. Add a dash of cayenne pepper for an extra twist and accelerated fat burning effect.

This juice recipe will: eliminate toxins, fight acne and inflammation, fight cancer, provide antioxidants, purify the blood and repair your body on a cellular level.
